I found this album through-a-friend-through-a-friend. I find the album increasingly enticing, and the formerly unbearable tracks gain more plays as time continues. The band’s conquest to tame big pop hasn’t failed—though the screams and rough edges must go before the band is to explode. Here are four tracks that best represent Unitopians, ideally united, without the sacrifices of collective socialism found on some of the other tracks. STANDOUT TRACK: "Protein Shake" – listen for the pull & swell of the strings, the invitation of the drums to join in, and the evocative vocals.
